Privacy Policy

Protecting the privacy of our Users is very important to us. With this in mind, we want to explain to Users our PRIVACY POLICY regarding the collection, use and storage of the information that Users provide us. This Privacy Policy does not apply to other web pages, and their services or applications, even when they are accessed through our Services. Your Account Information. If you create an Account, we will store certain personal information that can be used to identify you, such as your name, email, address, telephone number, and date of birth (all together called “PI“). If you create an account using your credentials from a social network (“RRSS“), we may access and store your name, email and other IP to which your security preferences on the social network allow us access. When you create an account through our Site or through a social network, we may also save your gender, date of birth and any other personal or non-personal information related to you.

Financial information. The financial transactions carried out to contract our Services are carried out through a third party who provides the services to make the payment, in this case, we will collect your debit / credit card information only in connection to the final transaction and we will not share this information with third parties, except as necessary to complete the transaction or to comply with applicable law.

Real Estate Market. When you use our Services to post an advertisement, we will add information related to the Property, which we obtain directly from you or through a third party. Through our Services we will analyze the data provided by you, which may result in the appraisal of the Property available to other Users.

Real Estate Market Information. When you complete the purchase or sale of a Property included in an Ad, we will store the information of said transaction, this in order to use the information to improve and personalize our Services.

Information collected using Cookies and other web technologies. Like other web pages, we use automatic information collection tools such as Cookies, Web Beacons, Widgets, among others.

“Cookies“ are small text files placed on your hard drive by a Web server when you access our Platform. We use temporary and continuous Cookies in order to identify who is using the Services, and to know how long and how they are used. We may also use Cookies to monitor traffic on our Platform, and to personalize and improve our Services. Unlike continuous Cookies, temporary cookies are eliminated when you end your session on our platform and close the browser. Although most browsers accept Cookies automatically, the User can change their browser settings to automatically block Cookies or to be consulted before they are accepted. If the User deactivates Cookies, he must bear in mind that, if he decides to reject them, he may not have access to all the functions of our Services. Information related to the use of the Services. Our servers automatically record certain information about how a person uses our Services (we refer to this information as Data “Logging“), including User data registered as unregistered Users. The Data Record may include information such as the User's IP address, browser type, operating system, the web page that the User was using before accessing our Services, the pages or functions of our Services that the User used and the time spent on them, the links on our Platform that the user clicked and other statistics. We use the Data Registry to administer the Services and it is analyzed (the analysis can be referred to a third party) to improve and personalize our Services by expanding their characteristics, functionalities and adapting them to the needs and preferences of our Users. Information sent by your Mobile Phone. We collect certain information that your mobile phone sends when you use our Services, such as the device identifier, user settings and operating system of your phone, as well as information about the use of our Services.

Information about your Location. By using our web platform or application, we can collect and save your location by converting your IP address into a reference geolocation or by accessing the GPS coordinates of your mobile phone. We may also ask you to manually provide us with your location through our web platform or application. Information about your location is used to improve and personalize our Services for you. In the case of not wanting us to store your location, you can deactivate this function on our platform or application.

However, there is certain information related to our Services that we need to send you, from which you will not be able to unsubscribe. For example, information regarding the modification of the General Terms and Conditions or this Privacy Policy.

Modification of your Information. You can access and modify the personal information related to your Account by updating your profile and payment information. We will do our best to delete your information as soon as possible, without prejudice to the fact that there is information that may be stored as a record for us or as required by law.

Respond to “Do Not Track“ signals. Our Site does not have the ability to respond to “Do Not Track“ signals received by different search engines.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy or security of a Service provided by a third party.
